Whether protecting shipping lanes andundersea communications cables, conducting humanitarian missions after a crisis, or preparing forconflict, they remain combat-ready while keeping the oceans open and free.
The stamp was designed by art director Antonio Alcalá.
The US Navy 250th stamp is being issued as a Forever® stamp. The Forever stamp will always be worththe same as the current 1-ounce First-Class Mail®.
